I love working with other suppliers, it can be quite lonesome working as a photographer. I love to be around like-minded and passionate people who love their job as much as I love mine.
So here is a little bridal shoot I put together to show off some local creative talent.
We started off with hair and make-up by Jamie Louise Simm from Wigan. Jamie is specialises in special FX, commercial make-up and bridal. She uses a rang of amazing make-up tools and lashes to make every bride look glamorous and beautiful, keeping it light and simple.
My wonderful model for the day is Daisy in the daisy dress. Daisy is an old friend of mine and actually has no modelling experience. Here you’ll be able to see how photogenic she is. Brides often worry about how they will look on their wedding day, will they nervous, where do they look, do they hold their flowers? You can see here that it’s all very relaxed and your true self and beauty shines through when you’re enjoying yourself.
We shot at the beautiful Kenyan Hall Farm. It’s a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family. The staff is so lovely, they have an amazing farm shop and cafe, gorgeous fruit farm grounds with all types of seasonal fruit and just a gorgeous atmosphere. They may even be taking bookings for wedding soon!
Props were provided by Vintage and Pearls that hire props for your wedding day. Victoria provided a beautiful arrangement to match perfectly with our rustic boho theme. From beautiful vintage suitcase, burlap bunting, centre pieces and paper lanterns, vintage to new, they can cater to any need.
The table centre’s/ flower vases were provided by British Home Interiors. I’ve done a previous post on Pippa here. Pippa can acquire almost anything to suit your need, whether it’s for your home or wedding. She has a beautiful shop that sells bespoke and unique housewares.
The beautiful framed maps were made by Lisa at Compass Creativity. She designs and makes the most amazing map creations based on your life, your loves, your travels as gifts and housewares. Her gifts are usually requested as wedding gifts and make a perfect addition to a new home or marriage.
The flowers were from Green Orchid. It’s a lovely little shop in Irlam run by Luana, that has the freshest and most beautiful flowers. Luana will help with your coordinating and colouring on your wedding day, she’s such a pleasure to work with. We chose gypsophelia for the flowers I made the floral crown and Daisy’s bouquet from these.
The dress was from T.K Maxx
